What You’ll Be Accountable For
Leading Projects and People at a High Level
  • You will oversee multiple commercial construction projects or large, complex builds from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and field staff
  • Drive consistency and performance across projects
  • Ensure documentation, communication, and execution meet a high standard
Owning Financial Performance and Strategy
  • You will take full ownership of financial outcomes, driving accuracy in forecasting and accountability across project teams.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control across projects
  • Lead change management strategy and approvals
  • Identify financial risks early and implement mitigation plans
Setting the Standard with Subcontractors and Teams
  • You establish expectations, hold teams accountable, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure work consistently meets project specifications and company standards
  • Address challenges decisively and constructively
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships
Proactively Managing Risk and Driving Decisions
  • You lead with data, experience, and foresight to prevent issues before they impact the project.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks across projects
  • Escalate and resolve issues with urgency and clarity
Mentoring and Developing Talent
  • You play a key role in developing Project Managers, Project Engineers, and emerging leaders.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
