Job summary

Boyd Jones Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned.

You will own cost control, forecasting, and reporting while upholding high standards in subcontractor management and risk mitigation; teamwork and data-driven decisions are essential to protect project and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Delivering Projects Right — The First Time: lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Managing Financial Performance: cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Holding the Standard With Subcontractors: set expectations and maintain relationships.
