  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead projects for commercial clients, developers, franchise organizations, and national account customers.

Position Overview

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations are successfully managed throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate field operations while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates with urgency, and has a proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervisors, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting retail construction projects and national account customers
  • Experience working with organizations such as national retail, restaurant, franchise, or developer clients
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant construction certifications
