You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management and safety, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to contract standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through final closeout.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
