Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience working with national tenants, franchise organizations, developers, or multi-location commercial clients.
• Strong scheduling and project execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary communication link between clients and field teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support field operations.
• Track project costs, change orders, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners throughout execution.

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead projects for commercial clients, developers, franchise organizations, and national account customers.

Position Overview

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations are successfully managed throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate field operations while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates with urgency, and has a proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail construction projects and national account customers
• Experience working with organizations such as national retail, restaurant, franchise, or developer clients
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant construction certifications
