Job summary

Pillar Construction Company LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor – Lead Field Operations to manage daily on-site activities for commercial construction projects in Michigan. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors, and ensure work aligns with plans and schedules.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $75,000–$110,000 plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to grow within our growing family business, with a focus on quality and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of onsite construction supervision or field leadership.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate subcontractors while maintaining high quality standards.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical specifications.
• Experience in managing project schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Technical aptitude to perform minor repairs and finish work to close out projects.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 - $110,000 per year (Salary + Commission).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a "ground-up" or commercial tenant improvement environment.
• Strong track record of successful interactions with local building inspectors and regulatory officials.
• Experience working within a small, fast-paced family business environment.
