Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with national tenants, franchise organizations, developers, or multi-location commercial clients.
• Strong scheduling and project execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and drive project schedules for timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary communication link between clients and field teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and support field operations.
• Track project costs, change orders, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
