Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Senior Construction Leader / Owner’s Rep Project Manager to oversee a multi-year program across six Ohio campuses in the Cincinnati–Dayton–Columbus corridor. The role reports to executives and guides a growing PM team through design to turnover.

The position offers a $300M+ pipeline, base salary up to $200K plus car allowance, flexible scheduling, and regional travel with minimal overnight stays.

Senior Construction Leader / Owner’s Rep Project Manager

We’re looking for a senior construction leader ready to take ownership of a major multi-year capital program spanning ground-up development, new residential construction, and complex occupied renovations.

This is an Owner’s Rep leadership role with direct executive visibility, a growing project management team, and authority from early design through final turnover.

What You’ll Own

• Lead a $300M+ capital construction program across six active campuses
