Senior Project Manager – Construction

A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across the Cincinnati market. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, project ownership, and long-term career progression within a stable organization.

The Role

• Lead ground‑up and major renovation projects from preconstruction through close‑out
• Full responsibility for budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost control
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and change management
• Serve as the primary client point of contact and drive strong owner relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering projects $50M+ (commercial, multifamily, industrial, or mixed‑use)
• Strong financial acumen including GMPs, cost forecasting, and subcontractor buyout
• Experience working with Superintendents and self‑perform crews
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
