Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Senior Construction Leader / Owner’s Rep Project Manager to oversee a multi-year program across six Ohio campuses in the Cincinnati–Dayton–Columbus corridor. The role reports to executives and guides a growing PM team through design to turnover.

The position offers a $300M+ pipeline, base salary up to $200K plus car allowance, flexible scheduling, and regional travel with minimal overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Senior PM, Project Executive, or Owner’s Rep leadership.
• Ground-up + renovation work across multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or institutional construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead a $300M+ capital construction program across six campuses.
• Manage and develop a growing team of Project Managers.
• Oversee design, budgets, schedules, buyout, construction, and closeout.
• Lead relationships with executives, architects, contractors, and operations teams.
• Drive multiple ground-up and renovation projects simultaneously.
