• Own commercial construction projects in central Ohio and lead the project team.
• Manage project financials, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and owner relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Provide leadership and decision-making to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and safe.

The Role

This is a growth hire, not a replacement. We're looking for a Project Manager to join the Columbus team and take ownership of commercial construction projects throughout central Ohio. Responsibilities include project financials, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, owner relationships, and leadership of the project team.

The company has flexibility to consider both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, with responsibilities determined by experience and capabilities.
