Job summary

CAA ICON, a division of Creative Artists Agency, is offering a Summer 2027 in-person internship in Washington, DC. You will support project and operations teams, gain exposure to construction, stadium technology, LEED practices, and sponsorship negotiations.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, professional development, and collaboration with industry executives. Interns are paid and receive a housing stipend if not local; a laptop and resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Expected graduation Spring/Summer/Winter 2027 or 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office needs, deliveries, scanning, and file management.
• Maintain master project calendar and coordinate meetings and invites.
• Take notes and prepare meeting minutes for scheduled meetings.
• Support planning of events and special projects.
• Assist with data gathering to establish schedules and budgets.
• Help monitor budgets, contracting costs, and expenditures.
• Support contract administration, correspondence, and document control.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Review architectural drawings and participate in site tours.
• Capture site photos and support purchase orders and change orders.
• Communicate task updates in meetings and with team facilities visits.
