Job summary

CAA ICON is seeking a Summer 2027 Internship in Oklahoma City. This in-person, full-time program runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027, offering a paid internship with a housing stipend for non-locals. Interns gain hands-on exposure to construction methods, LEED, and venue development alongside industry executives.

You’ll develop skills in scheduling, budgeting, document control, and client-facing tasks while supporting a project team and attending site tours and team facilities visits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation date 2027/2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs: deliveries, scanning, documents, and tracking logs.
• Coordinate and maintain project calendars and meeting logistics.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
• Assist with event planning and project data for schedules.
• Support budgets, contracting costs, and cost expenditures.
• Assist with contract administration and document control.
• Process RFIs, coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Navigate and markup architectural drawings and lead site tours.
