Job summary

Creative Artists Agency ICON in San Jose, CA invites students for a Summer 2027 internship in construction project management. You will support operations, assist in scheduling, document control, and site coordination while gaining exposure to stadium technology and LEED practices.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, with 3.0 GPA preferred and willingness to work full-time in person. Housing stipend and laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• GPA 3.0 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs such as deliveries, scanning, document development, and tracking logs.
• Coordinate and maintain a master calendar for the project team and manage meetings and invites.
• Assist with file maintenance and meeting minutes.
• Assist with event planning and special projects.
• Assist with obtaining project data to establish schedules.
• Assist with budget monitoring, contracting costs, and cost expenditures.
• Assist with contract administration, project correspondence, and document control.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Capture site photographs and support site tours when applicable.
