Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and manages multiple commercial construction projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule are prioritized and met.
• Develops relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors.
• Lead by example and foster a collaborative project team.
• Forecasts costs and monitors project profitability.
• Reviews drawings, submittals and change orders.
