Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 8-10 years of experience as a successful project manager for multifamily or commercial construction projects is required.
• Experience in lieu of education will be accepted year-for-year.
• A great builder with the experience to manage and deliver a construction project from groundbreaking to completion on time and within budget.
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing a team of at least 2+ project/estimator managers assigned to other projects while managing a large construction job.

• Leads a team of 2 - 4 project managers with varying experience and skill sets.
• Manages the day-to-day needs of the assigned project manager team; ensuring they have the support they need to successfully manage their projects while holding them accountable.
• Fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Responsible for all administrative tasks associated with managing a team.
• Accountable for client project delivery from pre-construction through commissioning focused on achieving high quality, site safety, and aggressive schedules.
• Forecasts project cost and profitability.
• Reviews drawings and submittals.
• Estimates, plans, and schedules construction projects.
