Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with project, managerial and administrative tasks.
Provide field, technical and administrative support at the job site(s).
Learn bidding processes, material take-offs, quotes, RFIs and submittals.
Assist with building and updating project schedules and maintaining plans/specifications.
Coordinate change orders, meeting minutes, and buy/short-term procurement.
Support permitting issues and communications among stakeholders.
