Job summary

DPR Construction in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced construction project leader who can deliver high-quality results and develop the project team. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, risk, and schedule, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will partner with project engineers, superintendents, and stakeholders to resolve issues, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding DPR’s values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the project team, sets expectations, supports development, and drives talent growth.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, resolves complex issues, and drives safe, timely delivery.
• Oversees procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using advanced project management.
• Evaluates project performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews comprehensive project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
• Partner with the Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs, maintaining incident-free work.
