Job summary

The role manages project teams, coordinates with engineers and managers, and represents the project in front of stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to DPR’s high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a project team to achieve high performance.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Approves procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manages project financials, contract administration, risk, and quality initiatives.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement safety programs and maintain an incident-free site.
