Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full project lifecycle from business award through final completion ensuring delivery of scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Directs project teams, including project managers, engineers, and field staff, aligning with execution plans and safety practices.
• Builds and maintains client/designer/partner relationships to promote collaboration and resolve challenges.
• Reviews major project decisions including budgets, contracts, and schedules with senior leadership.
• Leads risk management and mitigation ensuring compliance with safety and operations standards.
• Mentors team members with coaching and performance feedback to grow leadership capability.
