Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group in Cleveland, OH. You will lead safety, manage preconstruction, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive schedule and cost performance on Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

You will work with a diverse team, mentor staff, and ensure successful subcontractor management while maintaining Lean processes and best practices across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury‑free environment.
• Manages the prestart process and coordinates buyout schedule; reviews pricing and scope.
• Supports the preconstruction team with quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule; verifies pricing and scope; manages subcontracts.
• Manages the submittal schedule and reviews all shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinates with stakeholders (subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors).
• Prepares and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews and progress/OAC meetings; prepares monthly cost and margin forecast.
