Tailwind Applied Sciences seeks a General Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from pre-construction to completion. You will manage schedules, meetings, and communications between field staff, subcontractors, clients, vendors, and leadership.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, controlling budgets, and resolving schedule risks to ensure milestones are achieved on time. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management, project coordination, or superintendent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and update overall project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Monitor critical path activities and identify potential schedule delays.
• Track milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Lead or participate in owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, action items and follow-ups.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts and scope requirements.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Identify and resolve challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
• Monitor field progress and verify progress on site.
• Prepare and distribute project meeting agendas.
