Job summary

Innovative Project Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to oversee project development and manage site activities. You will interpret construction drawings, communicate with team members and subcontractors, and assist in managing schedules and change orders.

The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of construction experience, with a preference for those holding a degree in Construction Management or similar. Strong communication and leadership skills are critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of proven experience in construction or design/build.
• Project Management certification preferred but not required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and team members.
• Create and manage Change Order process and logs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining short-term project schedules.
• Manage project site activities and inspections.
