Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead company-wide scheduling across active construction projects. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to develop, maintain, and manage accurate schedules from preconstruction through project completion.

You will standardize scheduling practices, support forecasts and look-ahead planning, and communicate risks and delays to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles and critical path methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules with Preconstruction and Project teams.
• Maintain and forecast project schedules; monitor progress and variances.
• Provide schedule reviews and actionable information to leadership.
