The role focuses on planning, developing, and managing proposal and project schedules for construction projects, from summary to detailed levels, including commissioning.

You will work at project sites, meet with the project team to develop or update schedules, perform independent site walks to assess progress, and review critical milestones and schedule metrics

Qualifications

• Develop and update project schedules with project teams on site.
• Assess progress via site walks and meetings.
• Analyze schedule performance metrics such as SPI and CEI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage proposal and project schedules for construction projects.
• Load cost, hour, and quantity assignments into scheduling software as required.
• Attend meetings to coordinate with project teams and update schedules.
