Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of project management experience in construction, with familiarity in project management software and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction project management or accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities for construction projects.
• Develop project schedules and manage execution with field teams.
• Lead meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee change management, RFI/submittal processes, and budgeting.
• Mentor junior engineers and assistant project managers as appropriate.
