Job summary

Bulley & Andrews seeks a seasoned construction professional to plan, direct, and coordinate projects in the Indiana/South Bend area. You will manage schedules, costs, and document control, representing the firm at walks and LEED-related activities.

The role requires 4 years of progressive experience, a construction science or engineering degree, and proficiency with CMiC, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, and budgeting. Collaborative leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Engineering
• Four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience
• Experience with CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Matterport and PowerProject
• Preconstruction including quantity take-off and budgeting with trades
• Engineering of structural and civil systems with review of calculations
• Financial management including change orders and contract amounts
• Subcontract award experience and scope reviews
• Reviewing owner contracts for compliance during project completion

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for construction projects from start to finish
• Administer CMiC setup, attend walks, and prepare documentation for LEED projects
• Coordinate cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document management
• Establish subcontractor communication and oversee change management processes
• Lead pre-construction meetings and collaborate with field supervision
