Bulley & Andrews, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects and maintain schedules, cost control, and documentation. The role includes managing smaller projects across design through construction, with a focus on LEED-related processes and reporting.
Responsibilities include preconstruction budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and administering change management.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems. Responsible for managing smaller projects through all aspects including, estimating, coordination of cost control, scheduling, reporting and document control activities. Administer and execute gradebeam set up and attend walk through as company representative. Set up process for CMIC. Support all project start up processes and implement overall project schedule. Responsible for management throughout project and day to day activities for a project. Establish process for subcontractor communication, oversee document management and control, ensure all updated documents are distributed to project team, and prepare all documentation as required for LEED certified projects. Responsible for administering the change management process in collaboration with PM or SPM, and reporting any major issues relating to schedule, changes, field quality control. Run subcontractor pre-construction and OAC meetings and provide minutes. Collaborate with project superintendent for all field related issues.
