Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with the listed skills via experience, training, or certifications.
• Familiarity with NEC and industry-standard practices.
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project proficiency; Primavera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle from kickoff to turnover and commissioning.
• Control budgets, costs, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Develop CPM schedules and resource plans with field leadership.
• Manage contract terms, RFIs, and submittals in a timely manner.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, suppliers, and owner reps.
