Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure project on time, within budget, and high quality and safety.
• Attend and represent company in key meetings (kick-off, PM‑SUP, OAC, monthly reviews).
• Review exposure log and RFI log; ensure as‑builts are updated.
• Assist estimator with budgeting codes and job cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontracts, change orders, and payment applications.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain project safety plans and NOI filings; ensure weekly safety meetings.
• Document communications and maintain project records.
