Job summary

Prowest Pcm, Inc seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities from mobilization to closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and field staff while aligning with the Project Manager to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Supervise ground-up and renovation construction projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication.
• Implement safety programs and conduct site safety meetings.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and contracts accurately.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
• Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules; proactively manage delays.
• Enforce safety standards and lead safety meetings.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and quality requirements.
• Lead preinstallation and coordination meetings with trade partners.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and jobsite organization.
• Track progress, manpower, and daily field reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and trade handoffs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedule, cost tracking, and billing.
