Senior Project Manager - Industrial/Aerospace Construction (Expertise in Procore & Bluebeam)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for large Industrial/Aerospace projects, with expertise in Procore and Bluebeam.

This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial and aerospace high bay construction projects, including at least five years in a senior management position.

The ideal candidate will have proven skills in leading field staff, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, reading drawings, writing subcontracts, project buyout, change order management, processing submittals and RFIs, expediting, procurement, and collaborating closely with project superintendents.

Prior experience with Procore is essential, along with proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, MS Office, and MS Project Scheduling.

The onsite role involves managing procurement, submittals, schedules, and change orders, working closely with subcontractors, project engineers, superintendents, and safety managers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
