Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial Construction in Chandler, AZ seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to own the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects. You will lead scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC while operating Procore as GTI’s system of record.

This role requires strong leadership, contract and change management, and coordination with owners, GCs, engineers, and suppliers. Lookaheads, cost forecasting, and turnover are key deliverables.

Qualifications

• Leading construction projects from kickoff through turnover with focus on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of code requirements, submittals, RFIs, and change management.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and controls.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and suppliers on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own cost stewardship: budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources; drive lookaheads and CPM logic.
• Lead contract management and ensure timely RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain auditable project files in Procore; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Set communication cadence with stakeholders; manage expectations and escalations.
• Develop talent, coach team, and lead through change.
