Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial Construction in Chandler, AZ seeks a Superintendent to lead daily field execution for civil/site/underground scopes. You will plan, sequence, and direct crews and subcontractors, coordinating equipment, materials, and logistics to meet scope, drawings, schedule milestones, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include Procore documentation, look-ahead planning, and on-site problem solving for client coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil/site/underground experience with increasing responsibility (lead/foreman/superintendent).
• Demonstrated ability to plan work, direct crews/subcontractors, and hit schedule milestones.
• Procore documentation and coordination with PM/PE for RFIs, submittals, and change events.
• Working knowledge of drawings/specs; interpret grades, utilities, and concrete details.
• CPM concepts and look-ahead planning; basic Microsoft Project proficiency.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications; AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey/total station workflows.
• Valid driver’s license; KB-1 license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution for civil/site/underground scopes; plan and sequence work.
• Direct crews and subcontractors; coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Serve as on-site point for issue resolution and client communication.
• Own day-to-day field plans and adjustments for weather, supply, or resourcing.
• Procore documentation: daily logs, inspections, RFIs/submittals routing with PM/PE.
• Look-ahead planning, crew assignments, resource allocation, and safety leadership.
• Support project manager with schedule updates and cost control inputs.
