Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager in our Arizona Industrial District (Chandler, AZ). You will lead cost, scheduling, and change-management for large industrial projects, mentoring a multi-disciplinary team and driving consistency across projects.

The role requires expertise in scheduling, cost control, risk management, and client-facing reporting. Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in project controls, a background on $100M+ PCM or $500M+

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial project controls on large projects.
• $100M+ PCM or $500M+ mega-projects experience preferred.
• Direct-hire contractor experience essential.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and change management skills.
• Willingness to travel/relocate to active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for cost, schedule, and change-management performance for one large project or several concurrent projects.
• Create and maintain control estimates/budgets and support change management processes.
• Lead development of resource-loaded schedules and perform critical-path analysis.
• Own timely project reporting and support district-wide reporting alignment and dashboards.
• Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary project controls team and project engineers.
