Qualifications

• 4+ years of field experience in construction.
• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Computer literate and proficient with email.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Reliable commute to Orlando, FL, or willing to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project staffing of workers.
• Manage field staff.
• Coordinate and update the project schedule.
• Create 2-week look-ahead schedules for distribution at trade meetings.
• Create and maintain the site logistics plan.
• Walk the site daily to check progress and conditions.
• Assist the PM in reviewing and validating subcontractor RFIs/COs.
• Attend periodic meetings and resolve subcontractor problems.
• Ensure inspections are called and signed off; close out permits.
• Coordinate project close-out procedures.
