Job summary

Linbeck Group is seeking an Engineer to oversee a defined scope managed via one or more Subcontractor contracts valued from $500k to $10m. You will apply knowledge of building methods, materials, and sequencing for MEPF systems to support schedule and cost outcomes.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, creating and managing RFIs, submittals, and logs, while coordinating QA/QC and safety programs on site to ensure contract compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering/architecture/business or equivalent internship experience.
• 4+ years construction project work with Linbeck or similar MEPF firm in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Site Specific Safety Program including BBS and Safety Walks.
• Read drawings and specs to ensure scope is procured and constructed per contract.
• Prepare and manage RFI logs and communications with Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Subcontractor.
• Develop submittal logs and use pull scheduling to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain contract documents, logs, and digital records per standards.
• Coordinate QA/QC programs and Lean OS practices on site.
