Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
4-8 years of construction-management experience.

Responsibilities

Leads and manages submittal and RFI process for multiple scopes of work on site.
Leads the project closeout process to ensure timely completion.
Assist PM in generating Subcontractor and Purchase Agreements.
Assist PM in Subcontractor and Owner change orders.
Communicates changes and updates on scopes as to subcontracts.
Understand schedule needs and communicate to subs and suppliers.
