Job summary

Linbeck Group, LLC is seeking an Engineer in Fort Worth, TX to oversee a defined subcontractor scope valued from $500k to $10m. You will use building methods, materials, and sequencing knowledge for MEPF systems to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of related experience) and involves reading drawings, issuing RFIs, managing logs, and coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (internships optional).
• Alternatively, 4+ years of construction project experience with Linbeck or related firms.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Linbeck Site Specific Safety Program, including BBS and Safety Walks
• Read drawings and specifications to align scope with contract obligations
• Create and manage RFIs and logs to track quality and schedule
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and expediting logs for timely delivery
• Support GMP and Lump Sum estimates at design stages
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues with the design team
