People Solutions Center seeks a Construction Project Engineer for a client project in New York. The role emphasizes project administration, bid tracking, subcontractor coordination, and data integrity through ProCore.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate data entry while communicating clearly with stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM and Excel tools.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in admin or project support in construction/landscaping/plumbing/electric or related fields.
• High School Diploma/GED required; associates or higher preferred.
• Proficiency with CRMs, databases, presentation software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Administer multiple projects simultaneously, including monitoring contracts, submittals, change orders, and updating information in ProCore.
• Establish and maintain project lists and determine bid priorities.
• Maintain bid records and project schedules; data entry and reporting.
