Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or technical training with 5–10 years field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs; develop scope from docs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from conceptual design to completion.
• Develop budgets and schedules; monitor expenses and risk.
• Process contracts, change orders, and payment requisitions.
• Ensure safety compliance and site inspections with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare deliverables and review with clients before presentations.
