Job summary

Pop-Up Talent in Mountain View, CA is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from planning to closeout. You will work with project management on day-to-day activities, attend trainings, and help ensure milestones are met.

You will develop logistics plans, coordinate architects, engineers and subcontractors, manage procurement logs, track RFIs and submittals, oversee safety, and prepare punch lists. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction, or architectural major.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management with day-to-day activities.
• Participate in company trainings.
• Develop logistics plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure all parties understand and adhere to the project's requirements.
• Attend project meetings to provide updates on progress and address potential issues.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and procurement logs; track RFIs, submittals and drawing distribution.
• Supervise daily construction activities for quality control and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and assess risks or delays.
• Walk the site with design teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Manage openspace updates on a weekly basis.
• Provide regular project status reports to project manager and address client requests and scope changes.
• Facilitate punch-list and project closeout tasks, compiling as-built drawings and handover documents.
