Job summary

Exovations is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in scheduling, delivering, and completing construction projects on time and within budget. This role requires meticulous planning, strong organization, and clear communication with customers, suppliers, and trade partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional position-related education preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction with home building or remodeling company.
• Motivated and goal-oriented drive to exceed expectations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NAV.
• Good judgment and timely decision-making.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Analytical skills and project management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer pre-walks appointments via phone, text, or email.
• Maintain Project Schedule Intake using Microsoft Dynamics 365-Field Service.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
• Process Labor PO's and Material Take Offs.
• Order job materials and schedule deliveries.
• Monitor profit margins for projects.
• Coordinate Trade-Partners Labor PO's and follow up on items.
• Distribute and track project-related materials with the project manager.
• Document important actions from meetings and ensure proper filing.
• Obtain municipal permits and maintain project schedule.
• Update lumber pricing in the system.
