Job summary

Level 10 Construction seeks a Project Engineer to manage administrative, contractual, financial and technical aspects of assigned commercial projects. You will report to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent and support field teams on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of project engineering experience, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, and proficiency with Viewpoint or similar PM software and Primavera. Strong communication, leadership and multitasking are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proficient with Viewpoint or similar PM software and Primavera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with cost control, expediting and scheduling.
• Develop constructability reviews of design documents.
• Prepare and update project schedules and cash flow.
• Support budgeting, cost coding and change order processing.
• Analyze contract changes and review cost reports.
• Participate in monthly job reviews and bid analysis.
