Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Long-term career in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittal process and maintain records.
• Oversee RFI process and change order proposals.
• Provide research and support to PM and Superintendent.
• Complete budget revisions in Viewpoint as needed.
• Support safety programs aligned with company values.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling and project coordination.
• Assist estimating with subcontractor outreach and plan distribution.
• Serve as main point of contact for subcontractors.
• May act as Project Manager when PM is unavailable.
