Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the submittal process.
• Responsible for managing the RFI process.
• Provide research, backup support, and data entry as requested by PM and Supt.
• Assist to maintain a high level of safety in alignment with company's core values.
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.

Skills

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Understanding of accounting, financial statements, job cost, and cash flow

Education

4-year degree in a construction related major
