Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Project Engineer to support project information flow, schedule adherence, and budgeting across active projects. You will coordinate documentation, assist the team with cost reporting, and help ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years of CM/GC experience. Procore and CMiC knowledge plus OSHA 30 are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience with a construction management or general contractor organization.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages change management under the Project Manager’s direction.
• Contributes data and talking points for monthly cost report meetings.
• Adheres to cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting procedures.
• Expedites material deliveries and reviews shop drawings.
• Develops business by identifying client needs and Gilbane opportunities.
