Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, have 4+ years with a large contractor, and are proficient with Procore and CMiC, OSHA 30, and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages project information and documentation to support the project team.
• Coordinate cost reporting and change management processes.
• Review shop drawings and schedules to ensure timeline and budget compliance.
• Support safety, quality, and coordination efforts across disciplines.
