Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or GC.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Leads cost reporting and delivers data for monthly meetings.
• Adheres to project controls including cost control, pay requests and reporting.
• Expedites material deliveries effectively.
• Reviews and evaluates shop drawings accurately.
• Encourages innovative approaches to problems and opportunities.
• Develops business by identifying client needs and Gilbane opportunities.
