Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Superintendents to align across all construction phases.
• Identify and resolve coordination gaps to protect schedule.
• Support jobsite setup and logistics with emphasis on planning and efficiency.
• Manage material procurement tracking to align with the schedule.
• Own creation, issuance, and tracking of purchase orders; manage subcontract onboarding and COIs.
• Track change orders from initiation to approval and ensure timely execution.
